1 Month Post-op Lapband

wowowoww. I saw 102 for the first time this morning!!!! I'm only 2kgs away from being under 100kg...my first mini goal. I took my one month post-op pics and they're on my before and after page. Things are going well. I'm kinda on solids now...I managed to eat 5 pieces of sushi a few days ago..after i'd seen the dietician. I also had a subway wrap yesterday which was just a bit too much, but eating it was all fine. I don't have any restriction yet, so I can swallow and eat fairly quickly. I'm sure once I have a fill I'll have to slow down a lot. I have a follow-up appointment with my surgeon on monday...so hopefully I get a fill :) ALSO I am extremely constipated :( I've had to take laxatives for the first time in my life ewwwyyy. Check my port incision and how it's going...
