HRarrrr!

I am sooo pleased with myself right now. Yesterday was the best day I’ve had so far, in relation to WLS and totally ripping the rules apart. As in, I stuck to them like glue. I had 1.5L of water (750mls with benefibre), I had my vitamins, I had protein first, 3 small meals (except I had a couple of snacks in between because I’m just so damn hungry – cant wait for my next fill) and I burnt a total of 409 calories during my 2 hour gym session. 100cal on the bike for 10 minutes, and 309 cal on the tread for ONE HOUR!!! I wasn’t running for that whole time, mostly fast walking. My right leg seems to be doing what it always does when I try to run. I just get this burning sensation and then my lower leg just goes numb, but in a bad way, not a good I CAN GO ON FOREVER way. More like a I NEED TO STOP RIGHT NOW sort of way. Very irritating. Especially when my left leg is ready to run a marathon, and even my breathing is doing ok. I think maybe I need to go and see a physio for my scoliosis, because if this is going to continue, I’m going to have a really hard time working out.

Also, my fill went fine! 4mls in a 10ml band. I’m not really feeling the difference yet. Only if I eat too fast it kinda hurts and feels a little stucky. But I’m sure I haven’t experienced being fully stuck yet. I kinda wish he had put in 5mls because I think I’m going to struggle with my snacking, even tho my snacks are always good choices (high protein, low cal). Oh well, I’m just going to have to wait 2 months for the next top up :)

  1. Sounds like you are doing great. Keep up with the walking. Have you tried stretching before you walk?? It could help loosen up those tendons. Glad your fill went ok.
